Refund Policy

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to make any claims or returns. The product must be unused.

If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Several types of items are exempt from return:
1) Intimate or sanitary products
2) Hazardous materials
3) Flammable liquids or gases
4) Gift cards
5) Personalized products
6) Perfumes
7) Electronic devices that have been opened

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item and to inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you haven't received your refund yet:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company (it sometimes takes time for the refund to appear).

Then contact your bank (there may be a processing period).

Only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund.
Sale items are non-refundable.
